A Vietnamese restaurant next to Dong Xuan center , you would think it would be authentic. Not so fast. The spring rolls I had was greasy and tasteless and the chicken stir fried was like any other German Asian food -- blend and rubbery meat. Disappointing Asian fusion. I really wanted to like it too.
